This experience, combined with our organisational capabilities, leaves us well placed to undertake the role of Principal Contractor - planning, managing, monitoring and coordinating the construction phase of a project.
Our in-house project managers are well-versed in co-ordinating multi-disciplinary teams and communicating at all levels with clients, partners and subcontractors.
As Principal Contractor, protection is a core responsibility of ours. The protection of our clients, supply chain, employees and members of the public is vital throughout our projects, and we take that responsibility very seriously – be it for health and safety, legal or financial reasons.
