The selection process for our second Thrive ‘accelerated development programme’ is well underway.
A full day Assessment Centre for the remaining 16 applicants took place on Wednesday 9th February.
Martin Wright, People Director, comments: “We had a really successful day. The range of activities helped us to evaluate candidates’ personality traits and abilities. The quality of these 16 colleagues is very high and we are now faced with the difficult task of selecting the delegates who will contribute the most to, and get the biggest benefit from, Thrive”.
The successful candidates will then have their first formal Thrive session on Tuesday 8th March.
